pleasant McDonald's, like to come here

Typical mcdonalds but food was freshly made, staff polite but did not speak English.

The menu on the MC-drive was covered with corona rules, selection hardly possible

Waited 25 minutes for the order! The staff was impossible! Instead of "sorry" I was told: "Miss, I work here alone" ..... honestly?!?!? Young lady??? Never again! Oh yes, the food was already cold when I got it

It works really well thanks to the order terminals. Ordering inside is usually faster than McDrive

There is not even a toliette available. You can expect that from an MD at a truck stop even in Corona times. The employees were completely overwhelmed and packed the wrong things for 4 customers in a row. There used to be a veggi burger with a vegetable patty with corn, peas and carrots. You could eat it. Now there's a vegan burger with a meat-style patty, just plain gross. Ketchup, onions and a leaf of lettuce slapped on it. So uninspired that MD had better leave it alone. Just a shop for meat eaters, please go through with it.

Very chic place Food always came (except for the fries) hot / warm and was very tasty! But since I was always there with my bike, I can't advise parking your bike there because the bikes get wet when it rains because there is no shelter there.

Covid-wise at the moment (as everywhere) only takeaway, order only at the terminal or drive in. Disinfection right next to the entrance. Is stupid; The toilet is not open in any fast food restaurant we have visited. Pity!!! We would have liked to WASH our hands despite disinfection ... 🤨 Served quickly. The doublecheese delicious. Extra napkins were packed on request without comment.

Just stopped and ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 3 cickenburgers for over 8 euros, using the order code. Immediately after the reception and disappointed to find that there are only 2 of each.

Everything was very clean, brisk service, nice and friendly staff

We just wanted a small snack and, of course, only one of the two apple bags we ordered was handed over to the sand

It is slightly off the autobahn but I was very glad it was there. It was early, it was open and I was hungry.

Food was there quickly. The chicken burger tasted like everyone else :) Staff made a relatively good impression.

The new order taking system is terrible. There should be more systems. It just takes too long for a quick citizen.

It was very good. Fast service and freshly prepared citizens ordered at the terminal I was very surprised. TOP Keep it up.

Stopped here on the way there on the short vacation. The Burger King (stop on the way back) on the other side at the truck stop has 2 charging stations for e-cars. Nothing here! Overall, the staff was friendlier and the products better. All in all, an average Mc‘s. Corona: Almost all of the employees did not wear a mask, for that alone at least 1 star deduction! Please pay attention to more hygiene!

Very dirty on the toilet. No soap. Something was forgotten when ordering. People without a face mask are not advised of this.

Been there last year while passing through. Have waited forever for the food with our 3 children. By chance we ended up there again this year and it was the same. Long wait forever. Unfriendly staff. No overview (the small televisions showing which number is next). In addition, the food was partly cold. If I want to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a meal, I go to a restaurant with my family and not to a "FAST FOOD". More or different staff could help.

Kind. Everyone tried to do their best. The food in Poland is better seasoned. Spicier. The Germans can't keep up with that.

Tidy and clean place. Easy access from motorway. I Recommend

Terrible service and organization. Waited for 20 minutes for an espresso. Trash was overflowing and there were lots of people waiting and upset.

French fries were cold but they brought me new ones, staff was very kind, all dining tables and toilets were clean too ;)
